For women who do have a monthly cycle: Apply twice daily, in an area of clean skin, with good blood circulation (Ex. Lower abdomen, inner thigh, inside of upper arm), skipping application the week of menstruation. 

For women without a monthly cycle: Apply twice daily in an area of clean skin, with good blood circulation.

For men: Apply daily on clean skin. (Ex. Lower abdomen, inner thigh, inside of upper arm)
